Candle Care

Our candles are thoughtfully handcrafted to provide a refined fragrance experience and a clean, beautiful burn. Proper candle care will help you enjoy the full life and fragrance of your candle. As they are Our candles are made to order. After pouring, each candle is given time to properly cure, allowing the fragrance to fully develop for an optimal scent experience. Because of this process, orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase. Each candle is carefully crafted to create a moment of warmth, calm, and atmosphere in your space.

The First Burn

The first burn is the most important.

Allow the candle to burn until the wax has melted evenly across the entire surface, typically 2–4 hours. This prevents tunneling and helps your candle maintain an even burn throughout its life.

Wick Care

Our candles feature natural wooden wicks, designed to create a soft, comforting crackle as they burn.

Before each lighting, gently remove the charred portion of the wick, leaving approximately 1/8 inch. This allows the flame to remain steady and helps maintain a clean burn.

If the wick becomes too long, the flame may appear larger than intended.

Ideal Burn Time

For optimal performance, burn your candle no longer than four hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool and the wax to fully reset before lighting again.

Maintaining a Clean Burn

Always keep the wax surface free from wick trimmings, matches, or other debris. A clean wax pool helps maintain an even flame and preserves the purity of the fragrance.

Candle Safety

For a safe and enjoyable experience:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children and pets
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Keep away from drafts, vents, or flammable materials
• Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains

Storing Your Candle

To preserve the fragrance and appearance of your candle, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Repurposing Your Vessel

Our candle vessels are designed to be enjoyed long after the candle has finished burning. Once empty, simply clean the vessel with warm soapy water and repurpose it for décor, storage, or display.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn time varies by size, but generally:

• 8 oz candle: 40–50 hours
• 12 oz candle: 60–70 hours
• 16 oz candle: 80+ hours
