Why is shipping always 100% free?
This is one of our most frequently asked questions. Well, because we are a rather small, emerging company, we are handling a good deal of the processing and shipping ourselves. In fact, a lot of the operations are done within our very own homes. For this reason, processing and shipping may take a bit longer than other online retailers. Because we do ask that our customers have a little bit more patience in this regard, we want to show you that we appreciate your cooperation and your business by offering FREE domestic (and Canadian) shipping, 24/7! Our intent is that this will help to make up where we were unable to provide you with your product within a week's time.
When will I receive my product?
On average, when you place an order, it takes us about 2-4 days to process it. This is because it can vary depending on whether or not an order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, as well as whether or not we are experiencing high order volume. After this, shipping can take anywhere up to about 2-3 weeks. We have eliminated the middleman to offer you the absolute cheapest pricing, so we work closely with manufacturers in Europe, the United States, and Asia. We cannot guarantee shipping time frames, but the majority of the time you will receive your item sooner than expected. Sometimes, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. For these types of orders, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number for each product. If you are purchasing from Canada, please allow a few extra days to receive your order(s).
How are your items sized?
Because some of our products are imported, there may be slight variations between U.S. standard sizing and the sizing standard used abroad. For your convenience, sizing charts have been created and provided for each individual product. Be sure to check the "Description" tab on the individual product page for sizing information regarding the product. When a sizing chart is included, please base your order off that sizing chart. Otherwise, all products should be scaled to U.S. standard sizing. Thank you!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will receive an additional email containing a tracking number specific to your order. Again, if multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a unique tracking number for each individual shipment. After you have received a tracking number(s), you may track your shipment using our tracking page. If you are concerned that your package is not coming, do not worry! Your items are on their way.
