At Brielle & Co., we appreciate you and your business.

For this reason, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

We allow you to take some time to determine whether or not you are satisfied with your product(s). You'll have 30 calendar days to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it(them). Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging, and must have either the original receipt or some other proof of purchase. We will gladly issue refunds for defective items, items that arrive in a condition other than what was described. We will also issue refunds, if, for any reason, your product(s) does not arrive at your shipping address.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will send you a notification. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund once the item(s) has been inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your refund within the designated period of time as determined by your card issuer's policy.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your unwanted item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
