Why is shipping always 100% free?

This is one of our most frequently asked questions. Well, because we are a rather small, emerging company, we are handling a good deal of the processing and shipping ourselves. Because we do ask that our customers have a little bit more patience in this regard, we want to show you that we appreciate your patience and your business by offering FREE shipping, 24/7! Our hope is that this will help to make up for shipping times that are a bit lengthier than other merchants.

 

When will I receive my product?

On average, when you place an order, it can takes us up to 3 days to process it, though this is not always the case. After this, shipping can take anywhere up to about 12-25 days. We do our best to expedite this process and, most of the time, you will receive your product(s) much sooner. We cannot guarantee shipping time frames. Additionally, sometimes, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. For these types of orders, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each product. If you are shopping from Canada, please allow a few extra days to receive your item(s).

 

How are our items sized?

Because some of our products are imported, there may be slight variations between U.S. standard sizing and the sizing standard used abroad. When a sizing chart is included, please base your order off that sizing chart. Otherwise, all products should be scaled to U.S. standard sizing. We do not have a universal sizing chart but products otherwise unspecified do run true to size. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding sizing.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will receive an additional email containing a tracking number specific to your product. Again, if multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately. After you have received a tracking number(s), you may track your shipment using our tracking page. If you are concerned that your package is not coming, do not worry! Your items are on their way.

Where are you based and where will my order ship from?

We are a US-based company operating with headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. We're partnered with vendors and manufacturers both domestically and overseas to bring you fashionable and AFFORDABLE clothing and accessories. Many of our products with ship directly to you from abroad. 

 

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Absolutely! All payments are processed securely through trusted brands: Shopify and PayPal. Both of these companies have been built with state of the art technology to keep your information safe. Your comfort and security are top priority here at Brielle & Co. To take extra precautionary measures, we have partnered with McAfee Security to give every customer identity theft protection when they purchase on our site. We have your back! Can I wash the clothing in a washer/dryer machine?

Most of our clothing is machine washable. Be sure to wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. We recommend hanging these items up to dry as opposed to using a machine. If you have any questions pertaining to specific items, please reach out and let us know. We'll respond as quickly as possible!

 

All orders placed using a promotion code are final:

Any items purchased using a discount code are final. There will be no exchanges, no returns, and no store credit. If you choose not to use a discount code, you can purchase items at the price listed on our website (including sale prices), which will be subject to our standard 30-day return policy. We cannot adjust the price of past (discounted) orders to sale prices to make an exception.
